What do you get when you mix New York strip steaks, all-you-can-eat ice cream, an inflatable water slide, and a crowd full of amazing people? You get the Rampit USA Family Picnic—and this year’s was one for the books.

Last Friday evening, more than 50 Rampit USA employees, along with their friends and families, came together to celebrate summer and spend some well-deserved time together outside of work. It was a relaxing evening full of fun and laughter.

The picnic included something for everyone—yard games, a giant inflatable water slide, fireworks, and even live caricature drawings from a pair of talented local artists. A few friendly rivalries sparked up during the yard games, and a surprise foot race between two of our installers gave everyone something to cheer about.

And the food? Let’s just say nobody left hungry. Grilled-to-order steaks, a fully-loaded baked potato bar, smoked mac and cheese, pasta salad, and an all-you-can-eat soft serve ice cream machine kept everyone happy with a variety of summertime favorites.

In keeping with the spirit of the evening, there were no work-related speeches or announcements. This night was about disconnecting from the day-to-day and simply enjoying each other’s company. It was especially great to see folks who don’t normally cross paths at work laughing, playing games, and hanging out like old friends. That’s the kind of culture we aim to build at Rampit USA—one that feels more like family than just coworkers.

We also raffled off some epic prizes—including cornhole boards, a hammock, Detroit Tigers tickets, Cedar Point passes, and more.

This picnic was just a small token of our appreciation for everything our team does day in and day out. We’re incredibly grateful for the hard work, dedication, and heart our employees bring to Rampit USA.
