Stringers are the aluminum rails that form the outer edges of Rampit USA ramps and platforms.

Ramp and platform stringers are exactly the same; however, depending on the application, they may be cut or installed differently. On ramps, stringers run the full length of each section and enclose the walking surface. On platforms, stringers enclose all four sides, with some installed upside down to create a smooth transition on and off the platform.

Platform stringers are cut at 45-degree angles, while ramp stringers are cut at 90-degree angles to match the ramp section.

Stringers are sold individually and cut to the specified length. A complete side pair requires two stringers of the same size.
