Ramp was ordered through the VA for me. Two man crew were courteous and efficient, and had ramp assembled and ready to go in just over an hour. They explained all the does and don’ts clearly, and explained what to do in case of problems and/or questions. Our particular job was not an easy job. They came out and they worked in the rain and in the end it worked out just right. I appreciate the dedication to getting done just right for us.

Jacob and Tristan were running a little late, however upon their arrival Jacob introduced himself and Tristan. They took the time to review their paperwork and explain what the plan was. My parents are 90, Dad watched in amazement, as he thought he was getting a wooden ramp. He learned about Aluminum ramps. Mom asked if the guys would mind placing the 4 x 4 in the front of her flower bed, no problem. I asked that they please carry the precious ramp to the garage, again no problem. They made up for their tardiness by finishing about a half hour early. Best service ever!

I am so happy with the ramp that Rampit installed. It only took 1 1/2 weeks from order to install. I was expecting months. It is exactly what we wanted. The workers were very courteous and answered all my questions and concerns. I just can’t say enough great things about them. The ramp (for my father) was installed several weeks ago, and it has been a lifesaver! Rampit USA made the entire process so easy from scheduling a time to take measurements at our home (even while we were gone) to installing the ramp in just a few hours. The workmen were extremely professional and punctual. The ramp is easy to maintain with just a broom. We love the ramp so much that instead of trying to hide it, we installed solar lighting to assist with nighttime use. All of our neighbors have given it a thumps-up! It certainly has added a great deal of value to our home.
