The gentleman who came out from Rampit USA were very professional, courteous, and friendly. They started to assemble ramp sections, before they moved our wood stairs away from the house, so I could get my wife who is paralyzed out and to her doctor appointment. They were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer any questions and safety concerns.

Hi, I was blessed with buying a house. I wanted to move out of the apartment complex I lived in. The side door and front door of the house were in such a way as to not give me a secure way to get in and out without tripping and falling. I am a disabled Veteran and the VA gave me a tip to contact Ramp it USA. After a short conversation I was told that they would be out within the next couple of days to take the measurements. Sure enough, they showed up to take the measurements. They were very polite and took no time at all to do the measurements and place cones down to show me just what the ramp would look like. And within a few more days, the guys were here to install the ramp. Eric and Hayden were also very polite and professional. It only took them one half hour to get the install finished. They took the time to show me the finished ramp and to tell me all about what to do ‘IF’ anything would go wrong down the line. I will definitely tell my friends and family what a great company Ramp it USA is and that if they needed anything in the ramp or other ADA needs, the really should contact Ramp it USA. To everyone at Ramp it USA, you have my utmost gratitude and you all keep up the good work.

Rampit USA Installed a Wheelchair Ramp in my Garage on August 28, 2024 on the inside perimeter of my garage, there was plenty of room for the automobile, golf cart, Medical Scooter, and Snow Blower, Plus extra small articles stored under the Wheelchair Ramp. The two workers were very kind, polite, friendly and had the 36 foot ramp inside the garage installed in 2 Hours. Thank You Rampit USA.

Our experience with the gentlemen from rampit was wonderful. The men came and measured and two days later a custom ramp was built for our space. When the men came out to measure and set up the ramp they worked quickly and efficiently. They made sure the worksite was clean after they finished. They were friendly and professional.

Jacob and Tristan were running a little late, however upon their arrival Jacob introduced himself and Tristan. They took the time to review their paperwork and explain what the plan was. My parents are 90, Dad watched in amazement, as he thought he was getting a wooden ramp. He learned about Aluminum ramps. Mom asked if the guys would mind placing the 4 x 4 in the front of her flower bed, no problem. I asked that they please carry the precious ramp to the garage, again no problem. They made up for their tardiness by finishing about a half hour early. Best service ever!

Nate and Wyatt did a phenomenal job with the ramp. They took the time to address our questions and answered them satisfactorily. The entire process from measuring, manufacturing, communicating to installation was seamless. Definitely improves the mobility for my dad to enter/exit our home.
