My ramp was installed and the guys did a great job, answered all of my questions and concerns in a friendly manner

My experience with ramp pit USA was exdelete. I appreciate It. you’re a 2 customer Representatives were polite informative and we’re able to put the Rails on both the front and the back porch for my use, because I am a disabled vet will that uh, visually impaired and it has come in handy knowing that I will secure myself going in and out of the hoperiod.

Totally satisfied above & beyond, installer had great customer service along with office staff. Would definitely recommend!

Company and its workers were great! On time efficient cleaned up after themselves and a very reasonable price. Our church really appreciated the great looking ramp installed between the parking lot and back door.

We have had Rampit USA out for two different amps. The first one is out front which like some others who complained was way off for coming up and going down the ramp but much to Rampit”s credit they got another crew out here quickly to rectify the situation and it is very functional now.

With the exception of the person that initially installed our first ramp ( when we tried to talk to him he wouldn’t listen to anything we had to say) all of the men that have been here to install the ramps have been professional, courteous and always let us know when they would be arriving. They have presented a good image for the company.

I wish I knew most of their names but unfortunately I don’t but I do know one of the really nice workers name was Shawn.

The office and the installers were fantastic. They helped us out with an estimate for CSN Fund and even sent extra diagrams. The installer, Chris, even gave me a courtesy call to let me know that they were on the way. That helped me tremendously. I thank the Rampit team for making our ramp dreams come true. Now, I can safely bring my son in and out for school because of their fine work.
