Jacob and Tristan were running a little late, however upon their arrival Jacob introduced himself and Tristan. They took the time to review their paperwork and explain what the plan was. My parents are 90, Dad watched in amazement, as he thought he was getting a wooden ramp. He learned about Aluminum ramps. Mom asked if the guys would mind placing the 4 x 4 in the front of her flower bed, no problem. I asked that they please carry the precious ramp to the garage, again no problem. They made up for their tardiness by finishing about a half hour early. Best service ever!
