Jacob and Tristan were running a little late, however upon their arrival Jacob introduced himself and Tristan. They took the time to review their paperwork and explain what the plan was. My parents are 90, Dad watched in amazement, as he thought he was getting a wooden ramp. He learned about Aluminum ramps. Mom asked if the guys would mind placing the 4 x 4 in the front of her flower bed, no problem. I asked that they please carry the precious ramp to the garage, again no problem. They made up for their tardiness by finishing about a half hour early. Best service ever!

The Rampit USA team, especially the installers they sent out are exultant. Being a 100% Disabled Veteran I only worked with the estimator and the installers, the V.A. took care of everything else.

Both the estimator and all 3 installers took time to talk to me and answer all of my questions. My ramp was a more complex design and when the estimator was out plants had not yet started to grow around the front door. When the installers came out there were plants in the area were the ramp was to be placed. Being an above the knee amputee I had not found anyone to dig them up for me, the installers gladly dug up the plants and offered to replant them. This was well beyond any of my expectations.

The ramp went in with no problems and now I can stay in my wheelchair to get to my vehicle instead of having to use crutches and push my chair. They have made a life changing difference in how I get around now.

My dad is very pleased with his ramp. Communication and delivery-very smooth and done well!!

Dewey and Tristan came to repair my dad’s ramp after it was damaged from ice falling from our roof. They showed up bright and early, and within 90 minutes had two sections replaced. Very professional, and courteous. Made sure to remind him of maintenance and care. Took the time to explain everything. Two very outstanding representatives of the company.
