Our experience with the gentlemen from rampit was wonderful. The men came and measured and two days later a custom ramp was built for our space. When the men came out to measure and set up the ramp they worked quickly and efficiently. They made sure the worksite was clean after they finished. They were friendly and professional.

Eric and Paul , two gentlemen that installed our ramp was very , nice they was on time and went straight to work, great job guys , they made sure we understood the care we should take ,as to what we can and can’t do ,to the ramp for safety, in snow and ice removal etc, awesome workers . Fantastic installers! Every “tweek” we asked for, these people HAPPILY and professionally completed. This was our very first ramp, and we didn’t know what we were doing; the guys with RampIt were very patient, polite, and even JOVIAL about our inexperience. “No problem!” Was their response. The ramp they worked so hard to get right (customized) turned out BEAUTIFULLY. Sturdy, safe, and aesthetically attractive. We’re not sure if we’re going to sell our home in the future, and our ramp is absolutely an ASSET to the property! And it wasn’t just these two or three installers – every single installer RampIt sent out to get our needs “just perfect,” maintained the exact same optimistic, professional demeanor! This company must not only insist on easy-to-read blueprints for its customers and high quality materials, but above average expectation of their employees’ handling “difficult” customers! Dewey and Tristan came to repair my dad’s ramp after it was damaged from ice falling from our roof. They showed up bright and early, and within 90 minutes had two sections replaced. Very professional, and courteous. Made sure to remind him of maintenance and care. Took the time to explain everything. Two very outstanding representatives of the company.

My experience with ramp pit USA was exdelete. I appreciate It. you’re a 2 customer Representatives were polite informative and we’re able to put the Rails on both the front and the back porch for my use, because I am a disabled vet will that uh, visually impaired and it has come in handy knowing that I will secure myself going in and out of the hoperiod.

We are just beginning the process of getting a ramp. Jacob and Steven came to get us started and they were great. Looking forward to dealing with this company ,because of them. They were patient, kind, knowledgeable and professional.

Scheduling, evaluation, and installers were all respectful and answered any questions we had. A marking on the drawing for our installation was misread at the company, so the installers had to call in to discuss the correction and were still able to complete the installation as intended, and they conducted themselves professionally throughout. Very satisfied with Rampit USA.
