Scheduling, evaluation, and installers were all respectful and answered any questions we had. A marking on the drawing for our installation was misread at the company, so the installers had to call in to discuss the correction and were still able to complete the installation as intended, and they conducted themselves professionally throughout. My ramp was installed at 3385 Starboard Drive Condo. It was a difficult install because of decline but the two men who installed the ramp were excellent and all the people I communicated with at rampitusa were excellent!
