We had aluminum hand rails installed by Eric and Cory who were very courteous and professional. They arrived on time, completed the installation and cleaned up on finished. There was an issue where one of the bolts didn’t go in flush to the bracket. I didn’t like it sticking up, so they cut it off to make everything look uniform and to ensure I was satisfied with the installation. The hand rails will assist us with navigating our front porch stairs and provide the added stability we needed. I work recommend any Veteran that needs assistance with rails or a ramp contact them. Showed up on time, called beforehand. Very professional, except, when they removed a large bush impeding the ramp, they just tossed it to side of house. I did not recognize this till next day.

We provide ramps for those who are low income and desperately need ramps in our County. We gave gotten many ramps from Rampit and are very happy with them! If there are any small problems, Rampit is quick to get them fixed. They are very good about cleaning up after each ramp build.

Scheduling, evaluation, and installers were all respectful and answered any questions we had. A marking on the drawing for our installation was misread at the company, so the installers had to call in to discuss the correction and were still able to complete the installation as intended, and they conducted themselves professionally throughout. Robert were on time. They were very efficient and professional. They got right to work. They ask for permission to dig and put pavers, which I told them we were Inform of their work. They finish with ease and did an outstanding job. This job is outstanding. They also let me know of any mishaps concerning the ramp, such as off balance, damage, wobbly etc, just give them a call, they will take care of it. This is great and such an honor for veterans like my father. This makes it convenient for him to enter in and out the home with no problem. Also great source for caregivers.
