Fantastic installers! Every “tweek” we asked for, these people HAPPILY and professionally completed. This was our very first ramp, and we didn’t know what we were doing; the guys with RampIt were very patient, polite, and even JOVIAL about our inexperience. “No problem!” Was their response. The ramp they worked so hard to get right (customized) turned out BEAUTIFULLY. Sturdy, safe, and aesthetically attractive. We’re not sure if we’re going to sell our home in the future, and our ramp is absolutely an ASSET to the property! And it wasn’t just these two or three installers – every single installer RampIt sent out to get our needs “just perfect,” maintained the exact same optimistic, professional demeanor! This company must not only insist on easy-to-read blueprints for its customers and high quality materials, but above average expectation of their employees’ handling “difficult” customers! The weather was awful that day, but it didn’t slow those two at all. They had our ramp installed in under 2 hours.
