We got the phone call to set up the consult, measurements. Very friendly. Guys came, did measurements and answered our questions. When it was time for installation, they called to let us know they were close to arriving on our scheduled date. Friendly on the phone. Even better in person! Made sure that our questions, concerns were addressed. Made sure we knew about the care of the ramp. And, the card thanking my dad for his service was a very nice touch!! Highly recommend!

Everyone was very nice, the work was excellent. We are so happy with the ramp.

We have had Rampit USA out for two different amps. The first one is out front which like some others who complained was way off for coming up and going down the ramp but much to Rampit”s credit they got another crew out here quickly to rectify the situation and it is very functional now.

With the exception of the person that initially installed our first ramp ( when we tried to talk to him he wouldn’t listen to anything we had to say) all of the men that have been here to install the ramps have been professional, courteous and always let us know when they would be arriving. They have presented a good image for the company.

I wish I knew most of their names but unfortunately I don’t but I do know one of the really nice workers name was Shawn.

I have Parkinsons Diease I was working through the Veterans Affairs,everything went smoothly.
