Robert were on time. They were very efficient and professional. They got right to work. They ask for permission to dig and put pavers, which I told them we were Inform of their work. They finish with ease and did an outstanding job. This job is outstanding. They also let me know of any mishaps concerning the ramp, such as off balance, damage, wobbly etc, just give them a call, they will take care of it. This is great and such an honor for veterans like my father. This makes it convenient for him to enter in and out the home with no problem. Also great source for caregivers. Thanks Rampit, Robert and Shawn, the guy that came and did the measurements (forgot his name). Everything he said, shawn and robert completed. Also thank the Veterans for the referral. Nate, Steve and Wyatt were here today to install our ramp. They were so patient with our questions! Our ramp was installed quickly and they cleaned up the site. They were friendly and courteous!

I can not say enough how much gratitude I have for Rampit USA. They came out to measure prepare a ramp for my husband. The gentlemen that came to measure and install were very polite, explained everything as far as maintained for now & winter months to come. They were here on time and worked diligently to make sure everything was good and made sure to inspect to make sure everything was right. Hi, I was blessed with buying a house. I wanted to move out of the apartment complex I lived in. The side door and front door of the house were in such a way as to not give me a secure way to get in and out without tripping and falling. I am a disabled Veteran and the VA gave me a tip to contact Ramp it USA. After a short conversation I was told that they would be out within the next couple of days to take the measurements. Sure enough, they showed up to take the measurements. They were very polite and took no time at all to do the measurements and place cones down to show me just what the ramp would look like. And within a few more days, the guys were here to install the ramp. Eric and Hayden were also very polite and professional. It only took them one half hour to get the install finished. They took the time to show me the finished ramp and to tell me all about what to do ‘IF’ anything would go wrong down the line. I will definitely tell my friends and family what a great company Ramp it USA is and that if they needed anything in the ramp or other ADA needs, the really should contact Ramp it USA. To everyone at Ramp it USA, you have my utmost gratitude and you all keep up the good work.

Trey, Zach and Bobby came out today to install a ramp for my husband. The guys did a great job cleaned everything up but most of all they interacted with my husband who had a stroke and can’t speak very well. He is a veteran and most people don’t have patience. Five stars for this company!

We have used Ramp-It at our last 3 homes. They have equipment for any situation. Always friendly & the products are good quality. (referred by the VA).
