Scheduling, evaluation, and installers were all respectful and answered any questions we had. A marking on the drawing for our installation was misread at the company, so the installers had to call in to discuss the correction and were still able to complete the installation as intended, and they conducted themselves professionally throughout. This was our very first ramp, and we didn’t know what we were doing; the guys with RampIt were very patient, polite, and even JOVIAL about our inexperience. “No problem!” Was their response. The ramp they worked so hard to get right (customized) turned out BEAUTIFULLY. Sturdy, safe, and aesthetically attractive.
