We are very satisfied with my father’s ramp. Trey designed a sensible layout, and considered our concerns. The team arranged and scheduled assembly quickly. Trey and Hunter assembled everything, cleaned up, and explained care, etc. They were professional and polite. The product is sturdy and safe.

Damon, Chris were very knowledgeable, and efficient . They arrived on time and finished in the time they expected. I was very pleased with the finished product. I was worried about how it would look in front of house, as I’ve seen other ramps that weren’t pleasant looking, it looks great, exceeded my expectations. The Coldwater MI office kept me informed of status.

We got the phone call to set up the consult, measurements. Very friendly. Guys came, did measurements and answered our questions. When it was time for installation, they called to let us know they were close to arriving on our scheduled date. Friendly on the phone. Even better in person! Made sure that our questions, concerns were addressed. Made sure we knew about the care of the ramp. And, the card thanking my dad for his service was a very nice touch!! Highly recommend!
