Great company! They were very patient and accommodating as we decide to raise our front yard which changed the ramp size and had to be remeasure. They were friendly, timely and professional every time and the ramp turned out wonderful! Highly recommend 🙂

From beginning of setting Rampit up to install a ramp to installation, the process was very smooth and personable. Great customer service setting up the install. The guys that installed it (Dewey and Chris) were awesome. You can tell they take pride in their work cause it shows. I’m caretaker for my dad and they treated him kind and very respectful. Hi, I was blessed with buying a house. I wanted to move out of the apartment complex I lived in. The side door and front door of the house were in such a way as to not give me a secure way to get in and out without tripping and falling. I am a disabled Veteran and the VA gave me a tip to contact Ramp it USA. After a short conversation I was told that they would be out within the next couple of days to take the measurements. Sure enough, they showed up to take the measurements. They were very polite and took no time at all to do the measurements and place cones down to show me just what the ramp would look like. And within a few more days, the guys were here to install the ramp. Eric and Hayden were also very polite and professional. It only took them one half hour to get the install finished. They took the time to show me the finished ramp and to tell me all about what to do ‘IF’ anything would go wrong down the line. I will definitely tell my friends and family what a great company Ramp it USA is and that if they needed anything in the ramp or other ADA needs, the really should contact Ramp it USA. To everyone at Ramp it USA, you have my utmost gratitude and you all keep up the good work.
