We got the phone call to set up the consult, measurements. Very friendly. Guys came, did measurements and answered our questions. When it was time for installation, they called to let us know they were close to arriving on our scheduled date. Friendly on the phone. Even better in person! Made sure that our questions, concerns were addressed. Made sure we knew about the care of the ramp. And, the card thanking my dad for his service was a very nice touch!! Highly recommend!

Fantastic installers! Every “tweek” we asked for, these people HAPPILY and professionally completed. This was our very first ramp, and we didn’t know what we were doing; the guys with RampIt were very patient, polite, and even JOVIAL about our inexperience. “No problem!” Was their response. The ramp they worked so hard to get right (customized) turned out BEAUTIFULLY. Sturdy, safe, and aesthetically attractive. We’re not sure if we’re going to sell our home in the future, and our ramp is absolutely an ASSET to the property!
