Rampit USA was timely setting up an appointment to measure for our ramp and explained how it would work with a drawing. They were back in less than two weeks to install it. The installation took 1 1/2 hours. Everyone of the 5 employees were pleasant to work with. THANK YOU TO RAMPIT USA!

They installed my ramp today they did a real good job

Rampit USA installed a ramp for my husband who is diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease through VA. They did a wonderful job with a design that worked for our liking at our house. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need for a ramp.

It took a little extra time, a week, due to the sales person we were dealing with leaving. Once I was in contact with the salesman, Larry, things went quickly. We spoke with Larry and six days later we received a call for an installation appointment for the next day. The next day Wyatt and Tristan showed up. They had it installed and cleaned up in less than two hours. Wyatt and Tristan ran into a little hiccup but they quickly and easily. I would definitely recommend RAMPIT, and their employees I dealt with, Larry, Wyatt and Tristan. Thank you RAMPIT for helping to make our life easier

I received a call saying they would be here at 8:30am.shawn and
Robert were on time. They were very efficient and professional. They got right to work. They ask for permission to dig and put pavers, which I told them we were Inform of their work. They finish with ease and did an outstanding job. This job is outstanding. They also let me know of any mishaps concerning the ramp, such as off balance, damage, wobbly etc, just give them a call, they will take care of it. This is great and such an honor for veterans like my father. This makes it convenient for him to enter in and out the home with no problem. Also great source for caregivers. Thanks Rampit, Robert and Shawn, the guy that came and did the measurements (forgot his name). Everything he said, shawn and robert completed. Also thank the Veterans for the referral. Recently had a ramp installed by Rampit USA leading into my front door. They arrived within the time slot I was told and had everything done in a little over 2 hours. The two gentlemen that installed the ramp were pleasant to talk and deal with. I would definitely recommend using this company to help you with a safe entry point into your home for those who need it.

Scheduling, evaluation, and installers were all respectful and answered any questions we had. A marking on the drawing for our installation was misread at the company, so the installers had to call in to discuss the correction and were still able to complete the installation as intended, and they conducted themselves professionally throughout. Very satisfied with Rampit USA.
