We got the phone call to set up the consult, measurements. Very friendly. Guys came, did measurements and answered our questions. When it was time for installation, they called to let us know they were close to arriving on our scheduled date. Friendly on the phone. Even better in person! Made sure that our questions, concerns were addressed. Made sure we knew about the care of the ramp. And, the card thanking my dad for his service was a very nice touch!! Highly recommend!
