The Rampit USA team, especially the installers they sent out are exultant. Being a 100% Disabled Veteran I only worked with the estimator and the installers, the V.A. took care of everything else.

Both the estimator and all 3 installers took time to talk to me and answer all of my questions. My ramp was a more complex design and when the estimator was out plants had not yet started to grow around the front door. When the installers came out there were plants in the area were the ramp was to be placed. Being an above the knee amputee I had not found anyone to dig them up for me, the installers gladly dug up the plants and offered to replant them. This was well beyond any of my expectations.

The ramp went in with no problems and now I can stay in my wheelchair to get to my vehicle instead of having to use crutches and push my chair. They have made a life changing difference in how I get around now.
